tonia moore is an IFBB Professional Bodybuilder, Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor, Zumba Fitness Instructor, and Life Coach. She is also a survivor of Crohn’s Disease. She began serious weight and strength training in 1992. In 1993, she started her career as a bodybuilder in the Middleweight class. Due to personal issues she did not make her professional debut until 2006. She worked hard to revive her professional bodybuilding career and rose back to the top. In 2009 she was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease and almost died as a result of the disease. That was the last time she competed, having to battle the disease that had taken over her body. In April 2010 the disease began to go into remission. She is now on the road to recovery and making a come back in the field of health and fitness. She hopes to make a return to the competition stage soon in the new Women’s Physique Division
Tonia’s passion is helping and motivating others with their health and fitness goals at any level. She is committed to implementing her knowledge of the fundamentals of functional strength training through the utilization of weights, resistance, core focus, cardio, agility, & exercise challenges whether in a 1-on-1 or group and class setting. She also offers diet and nutrition guidance/counseling, competition prep, posing lessons and life coaching. She is here to help you be the best you can be!
