Metroflex is a giant 14,000 square foot facility in the heart of East Long Beach. Pretty much just a giant garage with a lot of cool equipment and athletes inside of it. You’ll probably hear the Rock music (no top 40) from around the block and smell our daily BBQ. It’s a good time over at Metroflex; you should check us out!
