Seriously though, a new approach to fitness needs to be taken rather than the monotonous chore of treadmill jogging and cookie-cutter weightlifting. Fortunately for you, we at Metroflex have worked with a team of esteemed trainers and professional athletes to develop a full line of fitness programs for our female members. You’re already beautiful, but let’s take that beauty to the max. Here’s what we offer:
- The Official Metroflex Women’s Boot Camp: This is our premiere fitness class for all ages and abilities. Unlike traditional boot camps, ours is fun and supportive. Additionally, we’ve developed a program that actually focuses on the areas of fitness that you want! In this boot camp, you will not only receive a series of great workouts, but also instruction from some of Southern California’s best trainers in the industry. We’ve worked with an entire team of specialists to create the perfect program which accommodates to fat burning, muscle targeting, sound nutrition, and touches upon nearly every avenue of fitness. Each class will feature its own unique theme and style. Additionally, members of our Women’s Boot Camp will receive free entry to our exclusive fitness seminars taught by top professional athletes and coaches. If you’re looking to improve your figure, diet, and athleticism, this is the program for you.
- CrossFit: Classic CrossFit classes, without the intimidating traditional CrossFit price. Experience all the benefits of CrossFit by top CrossFit certified instructors for about half the price as most CrossFit facilities! Our classes incorporate all qualities of CrossFit: movement instruction, nutritional counsel, and of course the famous CrossFit workouts.
- Show Prep: Interested in competing in a bodybuilding show or even a modeling shoot? Our bodybuilding-affiliated training staff have developed a successful program for long-term show preparation, emphasizing body toning, muscle targeting, and multi-level nutrition. If you have a show or shoot in your endeavors, this program will adequately prepare you for looking your best.
- Wedding Prep: We all know a wedding is arguably the most important day for the beautiful bride. And who wouldn’t want to look their best for those life-long pictures. We’ve developed a multi-step program to tone and shrink the body so that dress fits just right. Additionally, a nutritionist-developed diet program is implemented to support the exercise program. The diet is targeted to help with weight management, skin a vitality, and narrowing that waistline for the perfect fit and perfect pics.
- Beach Body Prep: Seeing that we’re in sunny Southern California, it’s no secret that the beach is nearby. Heck, so is Vegas. Regardless of your bathing suit endeavors, we’ve got the top program to prep the beach body to its maximum potential: full-body toning, intensive ab-targeting, and a sound diet to help with fat burning and the reduction of water weight developed by our top Metroflex nutritionists.
- Martial Arts: Kick, punch, and jab your way into fitness with our premiere MMA experts who’s experience and skills have trained some of the best professional fighters in the UFC. Receive the advantage of sharpening your self-defense skills along with the cardio-intensive benefits of martial art aerobics. This program is great for those looking to tone and improve their cardiovascular endurance. Additionally, those high kicks and quick lateral movements will help develop such often overlooked athletic skills such as flexibility and agility.
- Create Your Own Program: Have specific goals and aspirations in mind? Not a problem, we will work with you to develop the perfect program for your goals. Find some friends and we’ll pull the class together for a great group setting. For example, you and a bunch of friends all want to train for a marathon and lose weight in the process. Not a problem; lets make it happen! Our training staff will work with you to help you with any goals you might have, incorporating exercise, nutrition, and both a short and long-term program schedule.
