The hardest part about setting up your own training business is finding a gym that allows you to conduct your business without charging you crippling usage fees. Due to this, many trainers are forced to give up the independent route and work for minimal wages at corporate gyms.
Metroflex, Long Beach is committed to seeing its independent personal trainers succeed. We have developed a personal training management system that encourages maximum profits in a team oriented environment. Our fees are the lowest in California, and our model encourages teamwork among trainers so you can help each other profit! The more you train in our facility, the lower your fees! Additionally, you can train and manage your own team of apprentices and increase your profits exponentially. Here’s how it works:
All trainers will need to be members of the gym and will be on three levels:
Apprentice:
Trainers will start at Metroflex Gym at the apprentice level. Here they will be charged $15 per hour of training, which is still less expensive than anywhere else in California. It is at this level that trainers will begin developing their business. To build their clientele, Metroflex’s management will set them up with free sessions for new members to which they can pitch their services.
Coach’s:
Once an apprentice reaches an average of 20 sessions trained in metroflex per week for a month, their fees drop to $10 per hour of training and they gain the privilege of managing other trainers. For every apprentice they manage, the Coach will make $5 per every hour their apprentice trains until their apprentice becomes a coach. Now you can improve your profitability by helping others.
Master Trainers:
Once a Coach has four apprentices that become coaches under their tutelage, they can become Master Trainers. Master Trainers will pay no fee to train in Metroflex and will split the training fee with the gym from the apprentices on their team.
